* SAQA 25th Anniversary Trunk Show

2014 Trunk Show

This was SAQA’s third Trunk Show. Curated by Eileen Doughty, it was designed to showcase SAQA’s diversity of talent and its mission to “promote the art quilt through education, exhibitions, professional development, documentation, and publications.”

Over the three year travel period, eight different trunks with a combined 407 pieces of artwork traveled to seven countries around the world! This show completed its travel in 2016. A new 2017 SAQA Trunk Show will premiere at the 2017 SAQA Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska.
